Under the trade fair motto "Experience connectivity", the manufacturer of drive and control technology, frequency inverters and robotics will once again demonstrate what connectivity means at all levels of networked Industry 4.0 environments.

As a highlight of the virtual trade fair, Yaskawa is presenting the new CR700 frequency inverter specially developed for crane applications for the first time. Based on 30 years of experience in crane drives, the CR700 offers numerous application-specific features such as an anti-pendulum function, synchronized position control, a load compensation function without encoder and load-dependent speed optimization.

There are also innovations in the area of controllers and visualization: for example, a new Micro PLC with current and/or voltage analogue inputs, module extensions for the tried-and-tested SLIO IO series and updates to the Smart Panels.

In addition, Yaskawa will be presenting comprehensive automation solutions at all levels of the machine architecture at "SPS Connect": from the field and control level to the systematic use of digital technologies and higher-level management and monitoring systems.
