Wireless machine operation
At Embedded World 2018, Kundisch presented the prototype of a panel for machine operation as a joint project with Rose Systemtechnik. It is controlled via a touch system that can be transferred to any cell phone or tablet with an html-based browser using a QR code. This means that no additional software needs to be installed for wireless operation.
Thanks to a special stainless steel mounting system, it can be used as an upright or even suspended solution that can be adapted for numerous applications. According to the company, the prototype is presented on a rotatable stainless steel support base. It has a display with a 130° convex curved glass. At the top of the panel is a glass touch control system, which is supplemented by a capacitive keyboard. The aim of the collaboration between Kundisch and Rose is to investigate the possibilities of this technology in more detail. sw
