Palletizer concept for production under clean conditions. In medical technology in particular, many products are manufactured in clean environments. High-precision manufacturing processes are increasingly carried out using automated systems. IEF-Werner presents the Variostack CF "Clean Factory" for a holistic palletizer concept.
This open and modular palletizing system can be adapted to almost any task. The user can operate the system with integrated IEF product handling. The compact palletizer can also be loaded with pallet trolleys or conveyor belts as standard. This means that trays weighing up to 15 kilograms can be fed in and out. The developers at IEF-Werner have specially optimized the Variostack CF for production under clean conditions: While maintaining the fast cycle times, the aspects of particle generation and cleanability were specifically optimized. For example, the lifting axis and the product handling are completely clad in stainless steel and the energy guides are fully integrated.
IEF-Werner also supplies the Rotaryarm swivel arm module. IEF-Werner offers this handling system - optimized for fast cycle times - in three different sizes depending on the customer application. On request, the connected gripper can be equipped with an additional NC rotary axis. Endless rotations can thus be easily implemented. In combination with a linear unit, the rotary arm is a fast pick & place system and suitable for applications in medical technology where precise automation solutions with a small footprint are required.
IEF-Werner has also designed the Ecostack for the industry: it is a compact palletizing system with high energy efficiency that works completely without compressed air. It automatically switches off all components that are not required for the current work step. In addition, the power supply is interrupted whenever possible - for example when the machine is at a standstill, at the end of a shift or during breaks. pb
