More safety during transportation in lean systems
Item has expanded its Lean Production modular system: New additions include the release unit D30 bolt T2, the flange D30-90x90-80 and the slide rail D30 with guide rail H13.
In conjunction with the D30 profile tube system from Item, the D30 release unit ensures the fully automatic transportation of crates in lean systems. When transport crates are moved along roller conveyors, they are stopped by the swivel bolts of the release unit and thus secured. As soon as the shooter is moved sideways to the ramp of the work station and the roller conveyors are positioned correctly, the latches swivel to the side and release the crate. With the new release unit D30 bolt T2, the loading and unloading process now takes place with lower release forces. This is due to the smooth-running ball and needle bearings. Even heavy containers and high axial pressure on the latch have no effect on the function.
Secure hold
The Lean Production modular system has also been expanded to include the D30-90x90-80 flange with integrated connector. This allows Lean frames to be securely fastened to a solid surface. According to the manufacturer, the flange is extremely resilient and prevents displacement. The flange plate is screwed to the floor or a wall and the D30 profile tube is attached to the connector. The use of profile tubes D30 heavy is recommended.
Optimum guidance
The new D30 slide rail with H13 z guide rail guides transport crates on parallel tracks in lean systems. The slide rail is clipped directly onto a profile tube D30 or profile 6 D30. The material is made of PE-HD and is therefore low-friction. The central guide bar H13 z holds the transported goods in the track on both sides. As a result, fewer support profiles and connecting elements are required for parallel tracks. In addition to the standard version, an ESD-safe version is also available. as
