Jan Willem Jongert studied mechanical engineering and international marketing management. Born in the Netherlands in 1964, he was CEO of Schwarzmüller, a leading manufacturer of towed commercial vehicles. Here he made a particularly valuable contribution to the realignment of the sales organization. Prior to this, Jongert held various positions at the Jungheinrich Group, a leading manufacturer of industrial trucks, warehousing and material flow technology.

During his activities in various management positions in an international environment, he gained experience in the fields of mechanical engineering and vehicle construction as well as intralogistics. He therefore has the ideal qualifications to succeed him on the management board.

Dr. Reinhard Wollermann-Windgasse remains associated with Bott as a shareholder. He took over the management of the group of companies in 2005. He succeeded in more than doubling turnover to around 124 million euros in the 2017 financial year. as
