Item founds subsidiary in France
Item has been represented by a subsidiary in France since the beginning of July. The specialist for profile and linear technology offers the French market more than 4,000 components for the construction of machine frames, workstations, automation solutions and lean production applications.
With its new subsidiary in France, Item aims to offer quality service and advice as well as short delivery times. The company is now represented by its own sales office in Bezons. "By establishing Item France, we are recognizing the importance of the French market. From here, we can guarantee fast, flexible order processing and a high level of customer-specific advice from our team of experienced product specialists," says Item Managing Director Stephan Buchmann.
Customers can access the entire product range of modular systems and receive direct support from local contacts when implementing their projects. Catalog products are dispatched within 48 hours. Of course, the foundation also makes it possible to react flexibly to changing market requirements and to consistently drive forward growth in France. The company plans to intensify its cooperation with regional partners.
