The 3D clamping system from Demmeler is suitable for clamping, turning and positioning workpieces. With the specially optimized Demont hardening process, the 3D welding tables achieve surface properties with a hardness of up to 860 Vickers - this should make them more wear-resistant and durable.
The PPS clamping pin is designed to ensure precise clamping of the workpieces thanks to its self-centring, force-locking and material-friendly clamping. Thanks to the patented taper contact pressure system, the clamping pin achieves a higher contact pressure and is maintenance-free and dirt-free due to its design. The manufacturer's manipulators bring the loads into position. A special feature of the Ergonomix M product family is the large swivel range of up to 180 degrees. As the height and angle of the tiltable manipulator can be adjusted, the handling device can be used to create an ergonomic working environment and prevent damage to health. as
