Auto-synchronous worker guidance

Always on the move

In Stuttgart, iie is presenting the latest generation of its autosynchronous worker guidance system under its "Computer Aided Works" product brand. It guides employees step by step through the assembly process. Complex assembly processes are divided into individual work steps and displayed on a touch-sensitive monitor.

The material to be installed is provided in the correct sequence via the pick-to-light system. Missing picks are detected and the workflow is controlled accordingly. New at Motek, iie is presenting an expanded portfolio of interfaces for integration into existing production environments. In addition, further plug-ins are available that simplify the integration of testing and measuring equipment for recording mechanical and electrical variables within the assembly process. From now on, complete test benches can also be implemented within the assembly line using the software tools on offer. as
