New stereolithography solution announced
3D Systems launches a new system of 3D printers and materials.
3D Systems has announced the SLA 750 stereolithography solution for additive manufacturing. Designed for large-format or high-volume production applications, the solution includes the SLA 750 and SLA 750 Dual - the first dual-laser SLA synchronous 3D printer for stereolithography - as well as the company's new Accura AMX Durable Natural material and PostCure 1050 post-processing system.
The solution is optimized for cost-efficient SLA batch production of parts and offers up to twice the speed and three times the throughput of other available stereolithography solutions. In addition, the system can be seamlessly integrated into factory production thanks to the power of the Oqton Manufacturing OS. The result is a unique solution for the production of large plastic parts and series parts for industries such as transportation & motorsports, consumer goods & durables, manufacturing services, aerospace and healthcare.
The SLA 750 is expected to be available from the second quarter of 2022, and the SLA 750 Dual is expected to be available in the fourth quarter of 2022.
