Mimaki and DP Solutions showcase full-color 3D printing technology
Mimaki Germany, manufacturer of inkjet and 3D printing technologies, is exhibiting at Intec 2023 together with its partner DP Solutions. The international trade fair for machine tools, manufacturing and automation technology will take place in Leipzig from March 7 to 10.
Together with Z (supplier trade fair for industry) and GrindTec (trade fair for tool machining and tool grinding), the three exhibitions form a complete value chain - from raw materials, parts, components and assemblies to production technology.
The joint stand of Building 3D (competence network for processes, technologies and business models along the value chain of additive manufacturing) presents companies in Germany - including Mimaki and DP Solutions, which contribute to this industry with the 3D full-color printing process.
This trade fair appearance is a new field for both companies. Based on its experience in UV-curing two-dimensional inkjet printing, Mimaki entered the 3D market in 2017. "A lot has happened since then," recalls Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director of Mimaki Deutschland GmbH based in Munich. "From year to year, we have expanded our 3D product portfolio in the areas of hardware, software and further processing." Wolfgang Panter, Managing Director of DP Solutions, has been a Mimaki dealer for many years and looks back: "After cooperating with various partners - research institutions, software companies, etc. - and building up a new customer base from various industries, we are now more confident than ever that Mimaki's 3D printing technology will also be recognized at Intec. Real and fictional figures, anatomical models, artworks, product prototypes and much more potential lies in this material jetting method."
Visitors can look forward to the "3DUJ-553: 3D full-color printer" with over 10 million colors, the "3DCS-322: Wash-out station" for removing the support material and the "3DFF-222: Single-color PLA filament 3D printer".
