With the DXR systems from Weber additive, an extruder from the AE series is moved across the build platform by a 6-axis industrial robot in accordance with the path planning previously carried out. The DXR series offers a range of optional features to meet the requirements of a wide variety of applications.

The DXR is available with an aggregate room for additional components, a closed housing for optimum printing process stability, printing tables that can be adapted in size and shape, cameras for monitoring the installation space and a print server as preparation for the seamless use of the innovative AiSync web planning software from Ai Build. The machines in this series also have a modular design and can be flexibly configured to meet individual customer requirements.

The company's AE series for direct extrusion is particularly lightweight for dynamic use, optimized for variable output and equipped with powerful servomotors and a compact material feed. An open system was chosen for the system technology, meaning that a wide range of thermoplastic materials (optionally up to 450 °C process temperature) can be processed.

Almost any requirement can be realized

Whether prototypes, tool and mold making, auxiliary and operating equipment, works of art, theater backdrops, trade fair construction or even furniture and architecture. Almost any requirement can be realized using the large-volume 3D printing process. Completely individually with precision down to the millimeter range, depending on customer requirements. And all with the use of natural fibers or recycled plastics.
