Smart products are the ideal solution when it comes to machining workpieces as error-free as possible, for example in machining. They make it easy to check clamping and stops before machining. norelem offers various smart components for these and other areas of application.
The intelligent support bolt has a support surface of 30 mm and enables precise positioning of the workpiece.
The force sensor for quick-release clamps is used to precisely check the clamping process, ensuring perfect clamping of the workpiece with increased repeat accuracy.
The clamp with force sensor also monitors the clamping process and measures the clamping force in real time. The smart clamp is available from norelem in sizes 80 mm, 100 mm and 125 mm.
Convenient data transmission and visualization
The Bluetooth module from norelem is a wireless, compact transmitter that can be used universally in the field of smart products. It is easy to install and enables the sensor status to be displayed visually and quickly.
The gateway forms the interface between the smart product and the machine control system. This allows the actuation status of the clamping elements to be recorded in real time and processes to be precisely controlled.
With the norelem web application, clamping systems can be conveniently monitored via tablet, smartphone or desktop. The application also enables several tools to be monitored simultaneously in different machining centers and production systems.
