With Norelem products, designers can now create modular roller tracks: There are two aluminum profiles to choose from, which can be flexibly combined with a variety of transport inserts and matching accessories. This results in roller tracks that are tailored to the respective application.

The robust, scratch-resistant and corrosion-protected aluminum profiles are available in two construction types with different groove widths and lengths of up to 6 meters. The profiles form the basis of the roller tracks: Users can fit different transport inserts without tools. A wide range of roller elements with and without wheel flanges, with ball roller inserts or brush elements as well as particularly compact versions are available.

The choice of the right roller element depends on the application. Parameters such as smooth running or load determine which roller inserts should be used. For example, the compact roller elements with a short center distance are designed for low-vibration running of the transported goods. Ball transfer units and brush inserts allow the items to be transported to move in two dimensions.

The standard parts manufacturer also has other insert elements such as brakes, spacers, backstops, slide ramps and slide rails in its range. Thanks to the large number of different inserts, which can be freely combined with each other, the roller tracks can be designed modularly and flexibly.
