The sturdy telescopic guides in the Hegra Rail and Light Rail product series from Rollon combine robustness and economy in compact, load-bearing cross-sections - and are therefore suitable for the construction of reliable and durable pull-outs on load carriers.
Whether for local, regional, national or international transport - load carriers must be particularly reliable, cost-optimized and low-maintenance. Rollon telescopic runners meet these requirements: The smooth-running runners are characterized by high precision, high load capacity, strong load-bearing capacity and a balanced price-performance ratio. They are also compact and enable a space-saving load carrier design.
The Hegra Rail and the Light Rail are particularly suitable for the construction of reliable and robust load carriers. The Hegra Rail product family includes partial, full and over-extension runners as well as runners for heavy loads. This versatility results in a wide range of individual solutions. In addition, there are precisely coordinated accessories, such as secure solutions with locking and damping systems. The Light Rail full and partial extension runners are ideal for applications where the weight of the runner is just as important as the deflection resistance of the runner. An optional locking mechanism can be integrated for open or closed positions.
Rollon telescopic guides are suitable for building load carriers for all types of parts that have to be delivered to the assembly line by the supplier using the just-in-sequence process - both for manual loading and unloading and for loading and unloading by robot or multi-axis gantry. Stainless steel versions are available for special requirements. The company supports the manufacturers of individual load carriers with advice, calculation, production and delivery of telescopic guides, but also with the optimization of frame designs if required.
