Electronics heat sink
Cooling technology for power electronics
CTX offers a wide range of cooling solutions for power electronics. Among other things, high-performance heat sinks and products with liquid cooling are available. The SuperFins high-performance heat sinks with copper or aluminum base plates and pressed-in fins are powerful and compact. Compared to the SuperPower heat sinks from CTX, the surface temperature can be reduced by up to a further 20 percent. SuperFins are mainly used in radio technology, power transmission or UPS systems.
SuperPower high-performance heat sinks are an inexpensive alternative to liquid heat sinks. They achieve almost the same cooling performance at significantly lower costs. The heat sinks have the same technical properties as conventional continuous cast profiles, but are up to 40 percent lighter and more compact. Liquid heat sinks cool directly on the electronic component, which sits on the heat sink through which the liquid flows. They therefore only require a very small transfer surface and are 15 to 25 percent more efficient than conventional systems.
CTX offers variants with inserted copper or stainless steel tubes, with integrated holes and in brazed technology (high-temperature brazed aluminum). am
