Focus on digitalization and automation
For Hahn+Kolb, AMB is all about digitalization and automation. The tool service provider and system supplier will be presenting its solutions for process optimization.
Tool management systems, e-business solutions, electronic connections and output systems will be presented. Hahn+Kolb will also be showing a cross-section of its full product range: from system workstations and measuring technology to products for processing stainless steel.
Hahn+Kolb offers individual and flexibly adapted complete robot solutions to increase efficiency and standardize or even minimize repetitive tasks. In addition to various clamping technology systems, the company will also be demonstrating how hydraulic and pneumatic grippers ensure fully automatic workpiece changes in the machine, how vice and parts handling is efficiently implemented in modular robot cells, how palletizing with terminals contributes to better logistics and which components enable high productivity in autonomous production.
In addition to automation, Hahn+Kolb will be focusing on digitalization in production at AMB. Hahn+Kolb's portfolio includes the HK-MAT tool dispensing system as a 24/7 solution for modern production and operating supplies. The HK-MAT stores all important tools, aids and operating materials for production and makes them available to employees at all times. The machine checks and logs every withdrawal and generates an automated reorder if an item is only available in small quantities.
