Pressure gauge

Andreas Mühlbauer,

Pressure gauge with data logger

Several mechanical pressure gauges are often required for measurements over a wide pressure range. The ServiceJunior from Parker Hannifin makes it possible to measure, display and store pressure with a single device.

The device has high precision, resolution and long-term stability as well as a clear 4.5-digit display. It is housed in a robust metal casing.

The pressure gauge records pressure peaks with a sampling rate of 10 ms. The minimum and maximum pressure is automatically saved using the min/max function and can be called up at the touch of a button. The optionally available data logger with real-time clock records the minimum and maximum values in addition to the current measured values.

The automatic data compression of the start-stop function eliminates the need for complex calculations and lengthy configurations. A measurement of up to 24 hours can be started simply by pressing a button. The stored measurement data is transferred to a computer or laptop via the USB interface. The CSV format allows the data to be evaluated and documented independently of any special software.

The ServiceJunior from Parker Hannifin offers all the advantages of digital pressure measurement and is suitable for commissioning as well as for maintenance, service and pressure testing.
