The measuring device queries status information at regular intervals and thus detects a loss of clamping force at an early stage. It can be integrated into the tool magazine using an adapter with a gripping groove and is activated in automatic mode when the tool is changed. The internal memory can store 4,000 individual measurements. Data such as machine ID, date, time, measured value and position of the adjusting sleeve are recorded. Wireless data transmission is also possible using an optional wireless module.

The Power-Check-Magazine is supplied without a display and can remain permanently in the tool magazine for fully automatic measurement of the pull-in force.
