Rhebo offers a solution for monitoring automation systems and detecting anomalies. The entire communication within a production plant is analyzed in real time, right down to individual machine modules. The new Rhebo Sensor App, which can be installed on the ctrlX CORE, eliminates the need for additional hardware for data acquisition in the network segment of the machine.

This enables managers to run 24/7 security monitoring of their industrial facilities and perform in-depth forensic analysis of all security incidents on the shop floor. In addition, Rhebo offers asset management, network segmentation, dynamic firewall configuration and security automation. In the future, Rhebo will complement the security functions of the IEC 62443 SL3-certified ctrlX Core.

Rhebo's solutions are integrated into the ecosystem around Bosch Rexroth 's automation platform ctrlX Automation. In addition to the classic IEC 61131-3-based PLC, this offers an open software architecture, a complete hardware portfolio and motion, robotics, IoT, security and safety functions. In the partner world ctrlX World, users can use apps from Bosch Rexroth, third-party applications or apps they have created themselves. Bosch Rexroth also keeps the automation platform open for the co-creation of solutions and hardware from partners.
