Compact, high-performance laser marking systems for efficient material marking
The laser tool is the ideal solution for marking workpieces, components and serial parts with content such as text, images, codes or serial numbers. Laser marking scores particularly highly in terms of quality and efficiency compared to other marking processes. High-quality, highly robust markings that are resistant to heat, friction and acids can be produced in a very short space of time and are also gentle on the material, as no mechanical pressure is exerted during the marking process. For large quantities and in time-critical production processes, the laser has an advantage due to its extreme speed.
ACI Laser offers a wide range of marking technologies depending on the application requirements. These include infrared, UV and green lasers as well as fiber andCO2 lasers and, most recently, a picosecond laser. ACI also manufactures protective housings, known as workstations, to match these. Each marking laser can be combined with each workstation according to the desired application. This modular concept and the compact all-in-one design offer the user maximum flexibility.
With the Workstation Professional, series marking can be processed smoothly and efficiently. Due to its enormous volume, it offers space for parts up to 600 mm wide and deep. Thanks to the x-portal integrated as standard, the marking area can be widened to a maximum of 510 mm. This means that several parts on large workpiece carriers can be labeled automatically and in a single work step. With the help of the in-house Magic Mark marking software included in the scope of delivery, the system also works virtually automatically for series marking, as all information on content, positions and parameters can be saved once the system has been set up and called up again as required. Due to its compactness, the Workstation Professional can be set up variably, making it suitable as a desktop workstation. Of course, there are also manual workstations in smaller dimensions, such as the Classic workstation, which is ideal for marking smaller parts with a 340 x 360 mm work surface. On request, the manual workstations can also be equipped with a rotary axis for seamless circumferential marking as well as vision and code reading systems. Optional software extensions and customer-specific adaptations to hardware and software are also part of ACI Laser's range of services.
