Holger Ritter becomes new CTO at LED2WORK
Technical director with a new spirit
No sooner had LED2WORK announced the founding of LED2WORK Inc. and its development strategy in the USA than Holger Ritter was introduced as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at the luminaire manufacturer's headquarters in Pforzheim.
"Our journey as a manufacturer of industrial luminaires is accompanied by the rapid progress of LED technology. And believe me, the speed of development is enormous," says Managing Director Jan Schiga. "Our portfolio of LED luminaires for workstations or machines and industry shines through diversity, high reliability and quality - this has made us a reliable partner. But that alone is no longer enough. The speed of change requires constant adjustments in development and production, which can only be achieved with a large portion of innovative strength. Holger Ritter is the right person for this. His previous references in electrical engineering and automation technology are convincing proof of this."
As Technical Director, Holger Ritter will be responsible for the areas of research and development as well as production. In this role, he will drive forward the transformation of the company and the technological development of the product portfolio with a new spirit.
