"With the acquisition of Elabo GmbH, we see additional opportunities and growth potential in our industrial workplace solutions business segment. We can now offer our customers a broader range of products and services. Elabo GmbH is strongly anchored in the field of electrical laboratory workstations and assembly and test systems. In recent years, the Bott Group has focused on the area of industrial assembly workstations. We see clear synergy effects in both business areas and believe that together we can continue to grow in both markets. For this reason, the acquisition of Elabo GmbH is an important milestone for Bott from a strategic point of view, " says CEO and spokesman for the Bott Group Jan Willem Jongert.

Elabo GmbH has been manufacturing and selling innovative workstation and test systems as well as electronic measuring and testing devices since 1972. The company for the development and manufacture of networked workstations and automated measuring and testing technology sets standards in the digitalization of production processes and intelligent worker guidance systems.
