Inserts made from special nylon

Wooden stakes are driven into the ground blow by blow. It's annoying when the head of the wooden stake splinters badly when driven in with a normal sledgehammer.

The mallets from Erwin Halder are suitable for gently hammering in wooden stakes without damaging them too much. This is made possible by the flat inserts made from special nylon. According to the manufacturer, they are much softer than conventional steel hammers and therefore more suitable for sensitive materials such as wood, as well as being gentler on the joints and quieter. In addition, the replaceable hammer inserts are durable and wear-resistant. They do not splinter even at temperatures below freezing. The head tube is filled with steel shot. When the striking surface hits the pile, the shot filling is delayed. This minimizes the rebound and optimally transfers the impact energy. In addition, the handle protection sleeves on the firmly welded hammer head protect the handle from damage in the event of mis-hits.
