Demanding sanding applications require a high-performance filter system.
Ultra-fine filtration allows grinding oils to remain in the system for longer. Cleanly filtered, they help to increase the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the products.
Vomat 's product portfolio includes solutions for stand-alone systems, modular systems, central systems and individual customer-specific special systems with central and decentralized functions.
Ultra-fine filtration
The special ultra-fine filtration system KFA 1500, for example, has a tank volume of 10,000 l and a filter capacity of 1,500 l/min. The medium is filtered through high-performance precoat filters at full flow with a filter fineness of 3 to 5 μm. Filtration takes place via a frequency-controlled system pump. The precoat principle means that the chips are not contaminated by filter aids.
