The module is based on an RZ/G2 processor (ARM Cortex-A53/A57 processor from Renesas) and is available in three CPU variants. Its 64-bit multicore architecture ensures faster and more efficient processing of up to four Cortex-A53 (up to 1.2 GHz) and up to four Cortex-A57 cores (up to 1.5 GHz). An integrated high-performance graphics controller supports applications with high display requirements.

Full access to all signal pins enables flexible applications and cost-efficient project development. The powerful LPDDR4 enables memory expansion of up to 8 GB. The modules also have an eMMC memory of up to 64 GB. The optional flash memory with up to 256 MB provides additional data security. TQ offers a large selection of important processor interfaces with the corresponding starter kit.
