Igus offers the lubricant-free and dirt-resistant tribo-polymer Iglidur J3 especially for swivel and rotation applications.
Launched in 2015, the high-performance plastic is used in pedals, brake levers and suspension systems for mountain bikes, among other things. In order to meet the design requirements of users, the plastic is now also available in the black version Igildur J3B.
Users can order plain bearings from a quantity of 1 in the online expert system. All they have to do is enter the parameters of their application regarding design, load, movement and counter-running time. The configurator determines the appropriate iglidur material and its expected service life in the respective application. The user can then choose the best price-performance ratio.
