The aim is to further optimize the range of material flow and logistics solutions. To implement the business strategy, an operational management team will be set up to coordinate all channels and brands with the headquarters in Almere, the Netherlands, and the Sales & Services division. In order to further develop MLE's product range, measures will be taken at Group level to optimize costs and production efficiency, according to the company. This will be achieved through increased cooperation and synergies between the three production sites in Europe. From April 1, these sites will be known as Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe.

The existing multi-channel and multi-brand strategy is to be continued. MLE will continue to focus on the names Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks, Cat Lift Trucks, UniCarriers, Rocla and TCM. The aim is to maximize market coverage and strengthen customer relationships throughout the entire forklift truck life cycle.

In the medium term, the regional branches of MLE will bear the company name Logisnext. The current European management structures of Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift Europe and UniCarriers Europe will be integrated into the structure of Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe. as
