Track roller
Now without ribs
Faigle has presented a new castor: smooth contours, a narrow running surface and a modern color concept are the features. The manufacturer has developed the castor for use in parcel and baggage sorting systems.
A damping system absorbs vibrations and the starting and rolling resistance is low. The castor is narrower than the previous model; the thinner tread reduces rolling resistance. This is made possible by a strength-optimized design and special material properties. The durable tread is abrasion-resistant. Flattening after prolonged system downtime, for example during the weekend, is reduced; this lowers the energy requirement when starting up the system.
Faigle has ground the running surface after application, resulting in low-noise and low-vibration concentricity. All materials used can be made electrically conductive on request. The treadmill drum material is resistant to grease, anti-corrosion agents, weathering and hydrolysis. On customer request, the running drum is available in various degrees of hardness from 75 Shore-A to 65 Shore-D. pb
