Running surfaces, guide rollers

Good in motion

Blickle has developed a comprehensive portfolio of running surfaces made of polyurethane elastomers. They are suitable for various applications and ensure that wheels and castors always run with the lowest possible rolling resistance on different surfaces.

The soft and vibration-absorbing Softhane tread variant is suitable for quiet and floor-friendly movement. If higher speeds are required, Blickle recommends the Besthane Soft version. The Extrathane material is particularly hard and wear-resistant. According to the company, the elastomer is abrasion-resistant, elastic and resistant to many aggressive media and UV radiation.

It can be used at temperatures from minus 30 to plus 70 degrees Celsius. The Besthane version can withstand high dynamic loads. Blickle's standard range of guide rollers includes six product lines that are ideal for conveyor belts and production systems, for example. Each of them includes numerous wheel diameters, widths and load capacities. Various versions are also available for special requirements, for example with stainless ball bearings, electrically conductive, non-marking or particularly heat-resistant. as
