Reusable pallet box reduces returns of empties
Smart-Flow and Gamma-Wopla will be presenting their tried-and-tested plastic pallets and box solutions as well as the new SF 800 TB2 super trip box at Fachpack.
The foldable, robust reusable pallet box is a large load carrier with a Smart-Lock system and was developed especially for the automotive, pharmaceutical, electronics, retail and textile industries as an alternative to rigid pallet cages, disposable cardboard packaging, plastic film or straps.
Highest loads can be packed and transported with the new plastic Super-Tripbox. The robust material makes the pallet box suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The non-slip lid with built-in handles also protects the goods from contamination and loss. A newly developed Smart-Lock system enables quick and secure self-locking. The simple assembly and disassembly of the folding box and pallet also significantly improves ergonomics and safety for employees.
Furthermore, the stackability of the large load carrier has been optimized for stacking weights of up to 1,600 kilograms. Last but not least: an attractive empties return rate (up to 75% due to the space-saving foldability) significantly reduces freight costs and increases storage capacity.
Permanent reusability and 100% recyclability at the end of its service life guarantee that the Super Tripbox SF 800 TB2 from Smart-Flow is particularly sustainable. as
