New in the Bartels range
Pallet magazine for high pallet turnover
The DStacker pallet magazine dispenses one of up to 65 pallets every ten seconds. Bartels, an expert in warehouse equipment and transport systems, has now added the system to its sales program.
"The DStacker is designed for particularly high pallet turnover and also requires no power connection, pneumatics or hydraulics," says Bartels Managing Director Sebastian Krayenborg. "This makes it a revolution among pallet dispensing systems." Filling is done quickly using a forklift truck. To activate the dispensing of pallets, the operator simply has to drive the forklift under the first pallet and lift the entire stack slightly. The fork is then lowered again. The desired pallet is now already on the forks and can simply be pulled out. The system then lowers the rest of the stack to the floor so that the next pallet is ready for removal within a few seconds.
"Commissioning is extremely simple, and an introduction to using the DStacker takes just five minutes," says Sebastian Krayenborg. Further advantages: Pallets are stored in a space-saving manner, hand or back injuries caused by manual pallet handling are avoided, pallets are stowed safely and damage caused by falling pallets is reduced. "The DStacker therefore promotes order, safety and cleanliness in the warehouse," says Krayenborg.
As it does not require a power connection, the DStacker can also be used anywhere. The mechanism requires only a minimum of electricity, which is supplied by twelve-volt batteries. Windows on the side allow the mechanism to be checked visually at all times. The DStacker is suitable for EPAL, plastic, CHEP and GMA pallets. as
