Heavy and bulky goods require robust transport solutions: The Mega-Pack line from Walther Faltsysteme offers a lightweight and safe alternative to conventional metal mesh boxes.
The individual reusable solution for high-volume transportation has a lower tare weight. A robust folding ring, together with a variable interior, provides additional security for every load. The ring is inserted into a nestable pallet and securely closed with a solid lid. The pallet and lid are fitted with a locking mechanism and therefore do not require strapping. Before return transportation, the user separates the three components and folds the ring together. A suitable interior is developed for each packaged item. The Mega-Pack boxes are available in more than 30 variants, with basic dimensions between 800 x 600 millimetres and 2,250 x 1,200 millimetres. If the containers are not loaded, their volume can be reduced by up to 80 percent. as
