Trapo at the Fachpack
MRK robots complement AGVs
At Fachpack, everything at Trapo revolves around driverless transport systems and safe HRC. Equipped with an HRC robot, a transport shuttle meets various requirements in one system: conveying, palletizing, depalletizing and layer formation.
The Trapo Transport Shuttle (TTS series) and Trapo Warehouse Shuttle (TWS series) are used in combination and communicate as a link between production and the high-bay warehouse. At Fachpack, the Transport Shuttle will be palletizing and depalletizing packages and forming layers live. In practical use of the HRC robot, grippers and the hands of employees can touch each other safely and work side by side and with each other while processing workpieces. Once at the high rack, the warehouse shuttle picks up the parcels from the TTS and stores or retrieves them using the Trapo Warehouse Lift (TWL).
Tailor-made and fully automated
The company's transport systems can be put together individually and are configured based on the conditions on site. The transport shuttle covers routes within production or incoming goods and transports loads of up to 2,000 kilograms - higher loads are possible on request. The transport system can be flexibly configured according to a modular principle: from size, energy transmission and storage to drive and navigation. It is also possible to add customer-specific superstructures such as lifting functions, conveyor systems or robots. At the high-bay warehouse, one or more Warehouse Shuttles pick up the crates, sacks or barrels as required. With an acceleration of 1.5 meters per square second, the transport system covers three meters per second and completes the cycle of extending, gripping and retracting in a maximum of three seconds. as
