Blickle's portfolio includes various solutions for in-house transportation, including lifting castors. They are versatile and ensure that mobile operating equipment, devices and machines become stable work surfaces.
Blickle's range of lifting castors can be used for a variety of tasks - from simply lifting small transport devices to moving, positioning and leveling heavy machines. The castors are equipped with ergonomically shaped operating levers that either swivel with the castors or are in a fixed position.
Guide rollers perform important tasks in escalators, production systems and mechanical engineering. They ensure defined and low-friction movement. Depending on the application, there are different types of running surface available, such as the dynamic and highly resilient Blickle Besthane polyurethane. This is also characterized by its abrasion resistance and hydrolysis stability. This enables reliable operation even in adverse environmental conditions such as low temperatures and wet conditions. Blickle also offers electrically conductive guide rollers.
Fast and safe on the move with Ergomove
Also in Blickle's portfolio: the electric drive system from the Ergomove series. Depending on the model, it has a permissible total weight of one (Ergomove 1000) to two tons (Ergomove 2000). Both versions have electromechanical dead man's brakes and are equipped with automatic brake release by means of sensor hand detection on the operating handles. This makes use particularly safe for users and prevents pressure and crushing injuries.
The ErgoMove 1000 offers power assistance of up to four kilometers per hour. Blickle offers powerful exchangeable batteries with a quick charger for economical working with only short interruption times. For the cockpit, customers can choose between an ergonomic version with integrated force sensors and a flexible version with travel sensors. Thanks to the plug & play principle, the Ergomove 1000 can be easily integrated into existing trolley systems. Blickle has developed the Ergomove 2000 version for higher loads. The system can be used in manual mode with power assistance up to four kilometers per hour. The Ergomove 2000T version can also be used in towing mode up to a speed of 16 kilometers per hour. The battery recharges while towing and additional charging is not necessary if the distance traveled is long enough. as
