Higher productivity in intralogistics
Shuttle systems from Leantechnik enable the fully automated movement of pallets and thus significantly speed up the flow of goods during storage and retrieval.
Despite their compact size, the shuttle and transfer systems can easily transport heavy loads. As they are manufactured according to the modular principle, the systems can be combined with each other as required and adapted to the respective application. The shuttles replace the forklift trucks in the aisles, which is why damage caused by driving errors is ruled out. The shuttle systems are based on high-precision lifgo rack and pinion gearboxes from Leantechnik. They have a four-roller guided rack and are therefore particularly precise and resilient. As a result, the shuttle systems work with great precision. When designing the systems, users can individually define numerous parameters.
