Manually movable crane system

Crane construction from the drawer

Vetter Krantechnik, a specialist in slewing jib cranes, is venturing into new territory and presenting a manually movable crane system with aluminum rails for the first time. With the Ergoline system, loads of up to 1,000 kilograms can be moved sensitively and precisely.

Ergoline can be used wherever goods have to be produced or processed and a high turnover of goods is required. The system scores points here thanks to its sensitive handling of delicate loads and fatigue-free operation, says Vetter. This ease of operation is achieved by a new development that is unique on the market: If conventional manually movable workstation crane systems can be moved most easily from the center, the crane specialist is breaking new ground with its innovative trolley system and the principle of gimbal mounting.

The cardanic bearing guarantees low travel forces from any position. Both the crane runway and crane girder are made of aluminum profiles. The excellent smooth-running properties achieved as a result enable purely manual crane and trolley travel and ensure a high level of operating comfort. With the Ergoline system, any number of bays can be connected in series. The system also consists of standard components. Vetter can supply its customers with a complete workstation crane system that can be individually adapted to the customer's operating conditions. as
