Future-proof intralogistics at SSI Schaefer
With its trade fair appearance at LogiMat 2023 in Stuttgart, SSI Schaefer wants to show how its customers are future-proofed with comprehensive systems and solutions. The cornerstones are the comprehensive portfolio of customer-specific software, the connectivity of the systems and the innovative technologies.
These include companies such as the robotics specialist RO-BER, the SAP specialist Swan and the robotics and AGV expert DS Automotion. SSI Schaefer will be presenting its advanced piece picking application for fully automated single piece picking. In addition to the patented gripping point calculation, highlights of the system include additional functions such as pick & place, AI-supported object recognition and 100% product verification. Other highly automated intralogistics solutions will be presented, including complex robotics applications with central shuttle and overhead conveyor technology for efficient omnichannel logistics. Plug & play system combinations for partial automation are of particular interest to SMEs. These solutions include driverless transport systems, autonomous mobile robots, mobile racking, channel storage applications with the SSI Orbiter and the SSI Logimat warehouse lift.
