Faigle: Leading in form, function and design

Full performance, economical consumption: The new generation of rollers from Faigle reduces the energy requirement in parcel and baggage sorting systems. Optimized in terms of concentricity and rolling resistance, they run smoothly and quietly. A damping system absorbs shocks and vibrations. Faigle will be showcasing the intralogistics castor at the Logimat trade fair in Stuttgart from March 13 to 15, 2018.

The new intralogistics castor from Faigle is equipped with the "Faigle dampening system" (FDS), which effectively isolates shocks and vibrations from the wheel suspension without affecting the rolling resistance.

For the new track and guide roller, Faigle combines a polyamide support body with a tread made of PAS-PU TCS. The specially developed tread is characterized by a minimized compression set: Even after a long system standstill, hardly any flattening occurs. This saves energy when starting up the system.

The strength-optimized design of the castor enables a narrower tread band with full load capacity and smooth running. This reduces rolling resistance. This also reduces energy consumption during operation.

The intralogistics roller also has outstanding damping properties. This is mainly due to the unique damping system that Faigle has specially developed. The "Faigle dampening system" (FDS) is designed to effectively isolate shocks and vibrations from the wheel suspension without affecting the rolling resistance.

The design of the faigle intralogistics roller is also completely new: it does without the familiar ribs. On the one hand, this supports low-vibration concentricity. On the other hand, the smooth outer contour reduces the accumulation of dust. This effectively prevents dirt pockets. The modern color concept is also impressive: With a black support body and contrasting colored accents, the intralogistics roller is an eye-catcher in any sorting system. cs
