At LogiMat, solution provider ICS Group presented the "ICS BI Execution" digitalization platform. The system is used for cross-company analysis, planning, control and optimization of the entire supply chain. Using mathematical algorithms, also known as solvers, the system intelligence ensures integrative and responsive process automation with continuous self-optimization at various levels (acting analytics).
ICS BI-Execution can be used to plan and integratively optimize processes ranging from demand planning, procurement, production, logistics and distribution to customer service and after sales. As a result, strategic, tactical and operational decision-making is improved company-wide through a digitalization platform and can be controlled autonomously if desired. The platform implements agility in the supply chain and achieves integrative supply chain optimization.
