Conveyor belt systems

Perfectly lubricated

The Perma Star Vario electromechanical lubrication system ensures metering that is tailored to the lubrication point over an adjustable period of time. This prevents insufficient or excessive lubrication.

Functioning conveyor belt systems are the basis for smooth process reliability. They are used in various branches of industry under different environmental conditions, for example in gravel plants in wind and weather or in the food industry. Long distances often have to be covered to lubricate the drive or deflection rollers. In addition, the lubrication points must also be sealed against dirt and water in harsh environmental conditions. Manual relubrication is made more difficult by the constant rotation of the belts, which is also a source of danger. If specified lubrication intervals are not adhered to, incorrect or insufficient bearing lubrication on conveyor belts can lead to damage or complete system failure.

The Perma Star Vario has been used on conveyor belts for many years. The electromechanical lubrication system ensures that the lubricant is metered to the lubrication point over an adjustable period of time. This means that there is neither insufficient lubrication nor over-lubrication and any associated contamination. Suitable lubricants are available for all applications.

The use of Perma lubrication systems seals lubrication points against water and contamination. The bearings on conveyor belts are reliably supplied with lubricant and cost-intensive system downtimes are avoided. Automatic lubrication not only extends maintenance intervals and lubrication periods, it also reduces the need to stock greases and oils, as lubrication systems can be ordered with the required lubricant straight away. They are easy to use and change by hand, without the need for special tools. An extensive range of connecting parts and accessories guarantees that every lubrication point is supplied. Lubrication points that are difficult to access can be reached using hose lines. This reduces the time spent in hazardous areas, which increases work safety.as
