Combilift opens new production facility

Combilift has invested 50 million euros at its Irish headquarters in Monaghan. The new 46,500 square meter production facility will enable the forklift manufacturer to double its production capacity over the next few years.

Forklift manufacturer Combilift's new production facility in Monaghan, Ireland, was officially opened by Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar at the end of April. At the same time, the company celebrated its 20th anniversary in business.

The company has invested around 50 million euros at the site in order to double its current production capacity over the next few years on an area of 46,500 square meters. A finished appliance is to be produced there every 15 minutes on four 90-meter-long assembly lines.

The company exports 98% of its forklift trucks and handling solutions to 85 countries. The 50 million euro investment in the new 46,500 square meter production facility should enable Combilift to double its production capacity over the next few years. as
