Sharp guillotine shears

The machine manufacturer Hezinger Maschinen offers an all-round service if the blades of guillotine shears for sheet metal processing no longer cut precisely.

This is because the wear on blades is very high when working on hard surfaces such as metal. It is not always necessary to replace the entire cutting surface. It is often sufficient to readjust the shears. However, there are other ways to restore the blades of guillotine shears to their original condition.

"It is practical for both parties if the existing blades only need to be sharpened by our service personnel. This enables us to process existing material in such a way that the quality of the cuts once again meets a high standard," says Hezinger Managing Director Thomas-Alexander Weber. Alternatively, the blades can be turned to restore the lost cutting quality.
