Device maintenance during downtimes

For many manufacturing companies that are currently minimizing or shutting down production, now is the ideal time for equipment maintenance.

ULT has now expanded its range of services and is offering a special service in April: Operators of ULT extraction and filter technology can send their systems to Löbau for maintenance. They only pay for the inspection and any replacement filters - the filter change service is offered free of charge.

"The new service offering of in-house appliance maintenance had been in the pipeline for some time," explains Toralf Einsle, Head of Service at ULT. "It has now been brought forward due to the coronavirus situation. For the launch, we are offering this service at attractive conditions with potential savings of up to almost 20 percent."

The current offer is intended to ensure the operational readiness of ULT extraction systems as well as reduce unnecessary personal contact between customers and service providers. However, ULT will continue to offer its standard services - in addition to customer visits, the company is currently focusing more on remote maintenance with telephone support or online conferences.
