Prevent rolling bearing failures
More than half of premature rolling bearing failures can be avoided with correct lubrication. With the use of Perma lubrication systems, the bearing is continuously supplied with fresh lubricant.
At the same time, the ingress of water, dirt and dust is prevented, which also extends the service life of the bearings. By adapting the lubrication to ambient conditions such as high temperatures, insufficient or excessive lubrication is avoided.
If the bearing is subject to strong vibrations, it can be installed remotely using a hose line. The lubrication systems can be changed during operation. Furthermore, a large selection of lubricating greases and oils is available to meet all bearing requirements. Maintenance intervals can also be planned, which makes maintenance work easier.
