Contract degreasing

Andreas Mühlbauer,

Cleaning small parts and assemblies

Richard Geiss has commissioned an additional parts cleaning system for contract degreasing, thereby expanding its range of high-end degreasing services.

The new system is particularly suitable when polar substances such as salts, emulsions or water-based cooling lubricants need to be removed from parts. The family-run company offers reliable contract degreasing for small parts and assemblies up to a size of 1,200 mm × 800 mm × 970 mm.

The new system complements the existing perchloroethylene degreasing system, which cleans heavily oiled or wetted metal parts. On request, Geiss can collect the parts to be cleaned directly from production. After degreasing, the cleaned and, if necessary, preserved parts are delivered back to the customer in the desired packaging.
