Transportation with Torwegge
Heavy-duty rails and push trolleys
Torwegge is presenting its smooth-running mini heavy-duty roller rails at a trade fair for the first time. The conveyor elements consist of galvanized sheet metal rails fitted with burnished steel rollers or flanged rollers.
"These are fail-safe components that can be used to convey and position goods with absolute precision," says Uwe Eschment, CEO of Torwegge. If required, the rails can be attached to standard mounting profiles using retaining clips.
Another innovation is the Xetto push trolley from Hoerbiger, which the conveyor technology specialist has recently started selling. The loading and transport system allows loads of up to 250 kilograms to be moved, loaded and unloaded and lifted using hydraulics. Using the push trolley saves personnel and time and also promotes the health of employees.
The Wewo Move driverless transport system from Dutch company Wewo Europe has also recently become available from Torwegge. Torwegge has the exclusive distribution rights for the AGV in Germany. "This enables us to offer our customers an even more compact solution in addition to Torsten," says Eschment. The conveyor technology provider will also be presenting smooth-running wheels and rollers as well as drive technology in Stuttgart. as
