The partial, full and over-extension telescopic rails from Rollon offer minimal deflection, backlash-free running and smooth movement even under high continuous loads.
This makes them suitable for precise linear movements in vehicle technology, logistics and mechanical engineering. There are eight series in five sizes with individual equipment options. S-shaped, double T-shaped or square intermediate elements offer a solution for almost any design task and work smoothly and without play even when fully extended and under maximum load, the manufacturer promises. The space-saving design and standardized borehole dimensions of the telescopic slides enable easy installation in maintenance and battery pull-outs, sliding doors, unit drawers or logistics systems.
The rails and runners made of cold-drawn carbon steel are economical and durable thanks to induction-hardened running surfaces and bearing balls made of hardened roller bearing steel. pb
