Rose takes over CRE Rösler Electronic
On August 1, Rose acquired CRE Rösler Electronic, a provider of automation solutions. CRE manufactures panel PCs, industrial monitors and embedded PCs for numerous industrial sectors.
With the takeover of the automation specialist, Rose intends to continue its development from a component supplier to a system supplier. CRE's operating and display devices are used in the food industry as well as in car production, research facilities, logistics and general mechanical engineering. In addition to robust and reliable panel PCs, industrial monitors, embedded PCs and mobile HMI solutions, CRE also manufactures solutions for drive, control and safety technology. 45 employees are constantly developing new products for the challenges of Industry 4.0 at the company headquarters in Hohenlockstedt, Schleswig-Holstein.
"Thanks to CRE's extensive expertise, we can now offer our customers customer-specific complete HMI solutions from a single source," comments Dr. Heinz Werner Rixen, Managing Director of Rose, on the acquisition. "From now on, they will receive the entire package of control housing, IPC and support arm system from us." as
