Planetary screw drives

From our own production

Since the construction of a new production hall at its headquarters in Waiblingen, Swabia, and the expansion of the company's own machinery, LTK Lineartechnik Korb has built up its own spindle technology center.

LTK is now able to produce its own planetary roller screws according to customer-specific requirements. The company will be presenting its innovations at Motek. "Thanks to in-house production, the customer naturally benefits from very short delivery and replenishment times," says LTK Managing Director Ephraim Schwegler, who has been managing the second-generation family business since 2017. "In addition, we can offer PWGs not only in the standard diameter range of 16 to 100 millimetres, but now also special designs as standard." This makes products suitable for different applications. "Of course, customers can also get all other thread technologies from us," Schwegler continues. Thanks to a wide range of stocked bar stock for rolled ball screws, it is also possible to manufacture according to customer drawings at short notice. Ground ball screws and roller screws are sourced from manufacturers such as NSK or Rollvis. Due to the many years of cooperation with NSK, the companies have decided to intensify their collaboration. With immediate effect, LTK and its Austrian subsidiary MEW are the first certified NSK partners in Europe in the field of spindle machining. as
