New generation of slide guides
Norelem has developed new slide guides with an integrated adjustment system. A modular hole pattern with integrated mounting holes eliminates the need for re-machining by the customer and the quick coupling enables various mounting options.
The manufacturer refers to the long service life of the slide guide, even under harsh environmental conditions. The guides can be relubricated at any time thanks to the integrated grease nipples. The guides are used in machine, fixture and measuring device construction as well as in the optical and precision engineering industries. The dovetail slide guides have large contact surfaces with a load capacity of up to 1,500 newtons. They are available in widths from 20 to 150 millimetres and lengths from 30 to 310 millimetres. Precision slide guides with roller bearings made of grey cast iron are available in widths of 40 to 100 millimetres and lengths of 50 to 360 millimetres.
